1. Built for Dominion Services

Built for Dominion provides coaching, education, personal development, professional development, motivational content, courses, programs, events, resources, and related services.

2. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Professional Treatment

Built for Dominion provides coaching and educational services.

3. No Guaranteed Results

Built for Dominion is committed to providing coaching, education, strategies, accountability, resources, and support. However, individual outcomes vary.

We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, professional, relationship, business, financial, spiritual, career, health, or other result.

Coaching sessions may be subject to scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling requirements communicated during enrollment.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Built for Dominion may establish reasonable rules regarding late cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling.

10. Community Standards

If Built for Dominion provides group coaching, online communities, events, memberships, forums, or other interactive spaces, participants agree to behave respectfully.

We may restrict or terminate participation for conduct including:

• Harassment

• Threats

• Discrimination

• Abusive behavior

• Unauthorized solicitation

• Sharing another participant's confidential information

• Recording participants without authorization

• Distributing proprietary program materials

• Disruptive behavior

• Illegal conduct

Removal for serious misconduct may occur without a refund where permitted by law and the applicable program terms.

11. Confidentiality in Group Programs

Participants in group coaching should respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from sharing personal information, stories, recordings, screenshots, or identifying details disclosed by another participant.

However, Built for Dominion cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.

You should exercise appropriate discretion when sharing sensitive information in group settings.
